Tracy Belle

Tracy Belle is a dynamic and principled professional with a diverse background spanning private investigation, mortgage lending, and community leadership. As a Licensed Private Investigator and Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP), Tracy brings a rare combination of analytical skill, financial expertise, and compassionate advocacy to her role on the PDMC Board.

With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and financial services industry, Tracy has cultivated a deep understanding of income analysis, asset division, and financial investigations, critical areas often intersecting with legal defense. Her recent work as a private investigator has expanded her ability to uncover critical information and support attorneys in both criminal and family law cases with discretion and diligence.

Tracy is the founder of Belle Industries LLC and has held leadership roles at institutions including loandepot, Umpqua Bank, and Caliber Home Lending. Her qualifications include licensure as a Life & Health Insurance Producer, national certifications in Federal VA and construction lending, and formal training in mediation.

A lifelong advocate for community service, Tracy serves as President-Elect of the Salem Fire Foundation and is an active ambassador with the Salem Area Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, the Oregon Association of Licensed Investigators, and the Oregon Public Defenders Commission.

Tracy’s commitment to fairness, transparency, and service aligns closely with the mission of PDMC. Her multi-disciplinary expertise and deep-rooted sense of civic responsibility make her a valuable voice in supporting equitable access to public defense services for all.
