Natalie Hudson

Deputy Public Defender (SPPE Licensee), she/her

Natalie moved to Salem for Law school in 2022 but knew from age 12 she wanted to live and be a lawyer in Oregon. Natalie completed her AA in Administration of Justice from Sierra College and completed her B.S. in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State.

During her second year of law school Natalie began clerking for the Public Defender of Marion County. It quickly became apparent to Natalie that Public Defense was for her. She learned this office was where she could pursue the dream she went to law school for which was to help people. Natalie graduated from Willamette College of Law in 2025 and then began the “Supervised Practice Portfolio Examination” (SPPE) program with PDMC.

In Natalie’s free time she enjoys watching movies, spending time with friends and family, and being with her dog Charlie.
